Works can be in oil, watercolour, pencil, and crayon on canvas or paper.
The competition is aiming to attract four categories of people - professional, amateur and children and students. Artists are asked to submit works in the following categories - Contemporary Art, Folk and Tribal Art, Cartoons and Illustrations and Digital Art.
