The second edition of Kaanshuta has been released. It was released in the shape of a "Premiere Show" at Chhayanaut Auditorium on August 31 in the capital. This would be Enamul Karim Nirjhor's second album of the series Kaanshuta from music production house Gaanshala. The first one was released on April 6. It is known for bringing innovative rendition and composition styles in music with a view to bridge the gap between what an artiste wants to say and do with music and what listeners actually perceive. While the first one featured relatively new comers and unknown faces in singing Musa, Arc and Joyeeta, the newest edition has vocal talents of Fahmida Nabi alongside Sujon and Sukonnya. Their album titled "Kaanshuta 002" became probably the first one in Bangladesh's history of music production to get a premier show for launch. Artist Mustafa Monwar launched the album.

As it was a premiere show the entire album was presented in its original shape. All the trio of original singers rendered the songs in the programme that lasted nearly three hours. Kamruzzaman Sujon arranged music in the show. The singers and others concerned also shared thoughts and opinions with the audience at the show.

The album "Kaanshuta 002" contains fifteen songs. It has been released on Banglalink Vibe, Robi's Splash, GP Music and on Gaanshala's YouTube channel. At the event Nirjhor said that creative media needs to undergo innovations. If innovations are not tried or experimented then the future generation would be left with very few things to work with. "I am only trying to play my part," he said.

Mustafa Monwar said that in these times when there seems to be a lot of rifts among artistes, the warm amity present among the crew members of Kaanshuta is praiseworthy. About Nirjhor's experimentations he said, "Nirjhor always tries something new. Everyone should be desirous to try new things. Whether they will be successful or not should not be a matter of concern. But something new should be there." n
